Full of Promise

Breaking in a new writing notebook is not fun for me. I’ll have to do this soon. When I pulled out my current notebook and flipped through it to find a good section for revising notes on Find Me 3 I realized almost every page is taken. I love this notebook. It smells like pen and my hand lotion and the pages are wrinkled so I don’t feel bad about smudging them with chocolate. Once I even found half of an eaten sunflower seed in my notebook. Don’t judge me – creativity is often times messy.

So now I have to get a new one. It will be empty. It will be clean. It will not smell like ink or my hand lotion. But it will be full of promise. I plan on using every page by the end of the year. *wink*

Happy Hump Day, Everyone!
