And Now…Sleep

The first draft of the third Find Me book is done. On account of bouncing around a lot in the plot, and using a new writing software program (Scrivener), editing is going to be rough, I tell ya. But, I’ve made it!

My Muse owes me some solid nights of sleep, that’s for sure. And maybe some wine. I do have wine. I even managed to get it ready in the fridge. But for now, sleep. Preferably a FULL six hours of it.

Riley, you had a roller coaster ride in this book. This is a story I can’t wait for your readers to experience. Now…go away until tomorrow and let me sleep.

On Sale!

Radio Silence…

I’m going away…far, far away…(well, not really, I’m crossing the living room, walking down the hall and going into the bedroom) until the first draft of my current WIP is done. Which shouldn’t take long if I step away from the internet for more than five minutes. *wink*

Hopefully, the next post you see of mine goes something like this, “Pop open the bubbly, the first draft is done!” But I imagine it will probably be more like, “I’m never doing this again. Now I have to go through it from start to finish in something called ‘editing hell’.”

*Salutes* Have a fantabulous week without me! I’m working hard, I promise.

New Release – Blood Crow by Cleve Sylcox

Blood Crow: Love and War A Bloody Affair [Kindle Edition]

Cleve Sylcox, Dara Ratner Rochlin, Mark Oliver

As Confederate and Union forces clash in and around the Missouri community of St. Charles, Constance McAdams fights a war of her own. Her mind has been fractured, her heart ravaged, and her soul nearly torn from its very existence. Her husband, Gavin, threatened by a corrupt sheriff and judge, is the binding that holds her together. With a blessing from an old Choctaw woman as her only weapon, she spirals into a maddening world of crows and spirits as she fights the forces pressing in around her.
