January Giveaway Starts Now

The first Giveaway of the year is now underway! Please read this post so you know how to get your hands on what’s for grabs: the signed print copies of Dying to Forget, Dying to Remember, and Dying to Return.

Who can play? Everyone! The more friends you invite, the better, because not only will the winner get a copy of books, but they can choose a friend to receive a set of books too!

What are the rules? At the end of this post you’ll be asked to leave a comment, and on Friday, one lucky person will be randomly chosen as the winner.

When does the giveaway officially start and end? It starts NOW and ends on Friday, so get your comment in soon! Before the weekend officially starts, a winner will be randomly chosen and notified.

Where does the comment go? Directly under this post, or under this post after it is shared on the TMDBooks Facebook Author Page, where it will be shared. These will be the only two places comments will be accepted.

Why play? This must be a trick question, right? Maybe not! Perhaps you already have a copy of these books from when they first went to print. Well, these are new! Or, maybe you don’t read YA Fantasy? Hmm, I bet you know someone who does that you could win these books for! Plus, this is a totally free, no obligation giveaway, so there’s no reason not to. *wink*

Enough chit-chatting…ready to play?

Please share one of your New Year Resolutions in a comment below this post, or under the post on the TMDBooks Facebook Author page. If you don’t do the resolutions thing, share something you’re focusing on in the year 2016. Have fun with your answer!

My resolution is to get out of this hostile environment that I have been living in for almost 12 years now. Thats how long it took for me to get out of an abusive marriage. Because he has an attorney and I dont due to not being able to work cos of me being disabled. There is no legal aid for a person whom shares a home with an ex but the Court hearings are coming to an end and even though he took advantage of my naivety re family law, my sickness and the fact that I have no family living in this Country he was awarded everything. After 25 years I walked away with nothing but thats alright, I am a strong believer in Karma and I have never been a materialistic person anyway. I am waiting on a possible approval from SSI. This was my 3rd hearing and I are still fighting for Alimony but I know 2016 will be MY year. It has to be and like I tell my children all the struggles we have endured this decade will just make our good times all that much better.

This year I am focusing on loving myself. Well, trying to anyway. I suck at treating myself properly. It’s a bad example to set for my girls.
I’m also focusing on homeschool. I want to improve the way I go about it and make our learning time more efficient. By the fall I will have a kindergartener and a 2nd grader(if we went my public school grades). I need to get more serious about this.

Homeschooing is hard, but so fulfilling! I used to compare myself to other homeschooling families a lot, but none of us are perfect and none of us are the same, with the same kids. 😉 In my home, we definitely need to get out more this ‘semester’ – more fieldtrips, more nature, more AIR. lol Hope you all have a great weekend! 😀

I absolutely do not do resolutions, other than to resolve to be the same bitch I’ve always been. I’m not focusing on changing anything about myself because I’m okay with myself. I am trying to remember to make more time to read more – not just beta/editing/proofing/read-review projects but stuff I genuinely just want to read. So there’s that.

I haven’t done a resolution in years but this year I am focusing on getting baptized and want to work on being an overall better person spiritually. I would love to win actually copies on these books. It has so much meaning to me.

Thank you for the comment, Betty! I’ve been doing yoga to work on not just flexibility (lol) but inner peace as well. Have you tried it? Though I’m not religious, it’s true that yoga helps center the mind, body and soul. 😀 Have a great weekend!

I don’t like to call it a “resolution”, but I am going to focus on being a better relative. I have some family members that I haven’t talked to in a really long time. It was just something that happened. There wasn’t a falling out or anything like that, I let my life and my focus to get in the way. I think of them often and wonder how they are doing, but I never take the time to call or text. It doesn’t help that we live 4 hours apart. I am not going to let that be an excuse anymore.

I am working on being kinder. A kinder mom. A kinder wife. A kinder friend I don’t believe I will ever regret being kinder. This world could use all the kindness we can give.

Yes, me too! Except I had pizza for dinner. Bad me. lol But I did end the day with yoga. 😉 Perhaps this weekend you can go for a nice and relaxing walk, just yourself, and enjoy some fresh air. 😀

I don’t do resolutions but I have challenged myself to exercise at least 5 days a week. Also I want to read authors I haven’t read before.
